EnRoute Growth Platform - Acceptable Use Policy
Cross-reference: this document is a sister doc to the EnRoute Growth Platform Terms of Service V4.3 and is incorporated by reference under TOS Section 24.4.
1. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your access to and use of all services, products, platforms, applications, sub-accounts, partner integrations, embedded widgets, application programming interfaces (APIs), telephony numbers, electronic mail channels, hosted websites, and Artificial-Intelligence-powered (AI-powered) assistants operated, branded, or made available by EnRoute Growth Platform (EGP). It supplements - and does not replace - the EGP Terms of Service (TOS).

3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use, and must not permit any user, agent, contractor, or third party acting on your behalf to use, any EGP Service for any of the following:
3.1 Illegal Activity
- Any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law, regulation, court order, or industry rule.
- Facilitation of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or tax evasion.
3.2 Harmful, Abusive, or Harassing Conduct
- Threatening, stalking, doxing, defaming, or harassing any person.
- Content that exploits or endangers minors, including any material that violates the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Content that promotes self-harm, violence, terrorism, or human trafficking.
- Discriminatory or hateful content targeting protected classes.
3.3 Intellectual-Property (IP) Infringement
- Uploading, transmitting, generating, or distributing content that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, right of publicity, or other Intellectual Property right.
- Removing, obscuring, or altering attribution, watermarks, or copyright notices.
3.4 Malware & Security Threats
- Distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, cryptominers, or other malicious code.
- Conducting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, port scans, vulnerability probes, or other intrusion attempts against EGP, EGP's vendors, or any third-party system.
- Circumventing, disabling, or attempting to bypass any authentication, rate-limit, quota, access control, or security feature of any EGP Service.
3.5 Spam, Unsolicited Communications & Messaging Abuse
- Sending unsolicited commercial electronic mail, Short Message Service (SMS), Application-to-Person messaging (A2P), voice calls, or push notifications in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or any equivalent law.
- Sending messages with forged, falsified, or misleading headers, sender identifiers, return-path addresses, or routing information.
- Operating a "snowshoe" or rotating-domain sending pattern designed to evade reputation filters.
3.6 Harvesting, Scraping & Automated Abuse
- Harvesting, scraping, mining, or otherwise extracting data from any EGP Service or any third-party service accessed via EGP except as expressly authorized in writing.
- Using bots, crawlers, headless browsers, or other automated means to access EGP Services in a manner that exceeds documented rate limits or that materially degrades performance for other Customers.
- Resale, sub-licensing, or republication of EGP-generated content or telemetry except as expressly permitted in a written Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
3.7 Circumventing Security or Access Controls
- Attempting to access any account, sub-account, telephony number, data store, or backend system you are not expressly authorized to access.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any EGP software except to the limited extent permitted by applicable law.
- Falsifying identity, role, or authority in any onboarding, support, or compliance interaction.
4. Reasonable Use
Even where conduct is not expressly prohibited by Section 3, you must use EGP Services in a manner that is consistent with industry norms, EGP's published rate limits and quotas, EGP's documented messaging-compliance posture (including The Campaign Registry (TCR) registration where applicable), and the Acceptable Use policies of EGP's upstream sub-processors (see /sub-processors). EGP reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a given pattern of use is "reasonable."
5. Suspension & Termination on AUP Breach
EGP may, without prior notice, suspend, throttle, quarantine, or terminate any Service or account upon detection of an actual or reasonably suspected breach of this AUP. The severity of EGP's response will be proportionate to the severity, duration, and reputational risk of the breach. EGP's suspension or termination under this Section is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other right or remedy available under the TOS or applicable law. Reinstatement (where offered) is in EGP's sole discretion and may be conditioned on remediation, attestation, additional logging, or financial reserve.
| Breach severity | Typical EGP response | Notice |
|---|---|---|
| Critical (active harm, fraud, malware, DDoS) | Immediate suspension; potential law-enforcement referral | Post-action |
| High (spam, messaging abuse, repeated IP infringement) | Throttle / quarantine / partial suspension | Concurrent |
| Medium (rate-limit abuse, scraping, security probing) | Warning + remediation deadline | Advance |
| Low (single inadvertent violation) | Notice + education | Advance |
